How I work
One of the things that I find most interesting about User Experience is the need to explore different areas of the product in order to find the best solution that solves both the user's and business' problems, using both quantitative and qualitative data.
Through my experiences, I have come to realize two key points during the design process: good communication and analytical vision. Here's how I make sure these things happen:

Ask, ask, ask
I approach things with a questioning and curious attitude. I ask a lot of questions and try to learn from different sources. Whenever something seems unclear or biased, I question it to gain a better understanding.
Engaging the team
It is essential that everyone in the team is part of the process and the decisions being made. I ensure this by involving everyone from the beginning, whether it's with an update in the chat, an invitation to a user interview, or a design critique session.
Complexities? No, thanks
A good interface is one that solves the user's problem without creating more problems for the business. I aim to simplify the solution, ensuring that it is intuitive for customers and quick to implement for developers.
Measure!
Deployment marks the beginning of a project's life, not the end of the process. One of the stages I value the most is measuring how the solution is performing and understanding how it can evolve over time.

About me
I am a 6-years-experienced Product Designer, currently based in Lisbon, Portugal. I hold a B.A. in Visual Communication Design from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and a MBA in UX and Strategy from the Paulista University of Informatics and Administration (FIAP).
I love traveling with my husband and our cats, photographing, and experiencing new cultures. I am also passionate about working on craft art. Count me in for visiting craft fairs!
